Inter and Nike unveil the 2026/27 home kit: tradition, Milano style, and gold detailing

Inter have officially presented the club’s new 2026/27 Home Kit, created once again in partnership with Nike—a release that leans heavily into the connection between the Nerazzurri identity and the fashion capital of Milano. According to Inter’s official announcement, the concept is built around a mix of heritage and innovation, with design cues inspired by the city’s tailoring tradition and timeless style.

At the heart of the shirt is Inter’s most recognisable signature: black and blue stripes. This time, the palette is described as Black and Lyon Blue, with University Gold detailing that nods back to iconic Inter-Nike looks—particularly the late-90s era that remains a fan favourite.

One of the standout retro touches is the return of a collar, bringing a more traditional silhouette to a modern performance template. Inter also highlight an internal message—an “Inner Pride” detail that reads “Made of Milano”—underlining the kit’s city-inspired theme.

From a pure design perspective, early breakdowns of the shirt point to subtle updates within the stripe patterning: reports note thicker black stripes and zig-zag finishing at the edges of the blue stripes, keeping the overall look classic while adding a contemporary twist.
